Wes has overseen the acquisition, financing, development, sales and marketing of numerous multi-family, commercial and residential projects since 2000. The Athens, GA native obtained his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Georgia in 1999 and his Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from UGA in 2004. While working on his MBA, Wes partnered with James Whitley to form Landmark Properties Inc. in May 2004.

In addition to his work with Landmark, Wes is the founder of Rogers Outdoor Signs and sits on the Board of Directors for Terrapin Beer Company. He is also a member of the Athens Area Homebuilder's Association and the Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Athens. Wes and his wife, Kimberly, live in the Five Points area with their dog, Marley.

Since 2001, James has been involved in the orchestration, design and development of projects ranging from mixed-use office-residential to student housing and retail. James has also coordinated and led the marketing efforts for multi-family housing projects across the Southeast.

An Athens, GA native, James graduated from the University of Georgia with a BLA in Land Planning with a focus on Urban Design. He began his career in real estate in 1999; in May 2004 he founded Landmark Properties, Inc. with his business partner, Wes Rogers.

James is an active real estate broker and member of the Athens Area Homebuilders Association and Athens Chamber of Commerce. He lives in The Village Park development in Athens.
