Landmark Properties works with its commercial clients and investors to identify property to purchase under a build to suit arrangement.  After purchasing the property, we work with the client to design and construct a building based on the client’s specifications.  The company then has several options: lease the building for a predetermined period of time and have an option to purchase the building at the end of the lease term; purchase the building upon completion; or purchase an equity stake in the building.
