Our Company was built on selling and managing student cottages for investors. The Retreat student cottage concept offers investors a “one stop shop” for buying rental property that has historically offered an attractive return (both from a cash return and appreciation standpoint), relatively lower risk than most other real estate investments, low maintenance, and an affordable property management program that strives to make investing in real estate as carefree and lucrative as possible to the investor.
