How do I reserve a cottage, apartment or loft?
To reserve a home in the community of your choice, go to the Leasing section and fill out and submit an online application or download your application and sponsor guarantee forms. After you select your community of choice, you will put down fees and paperwork to reserve your home. We are here to make this process as simple as possible for you! How long is the lease?
Our housing contracts last for 12 equal installments, beginning early August and ending late July. Exact dates vary by property.

How many bedrooms are in the properties?
Landmark Properties offers a variety of different floor plans with 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms.

How Does Roommate Matching Work?
Are you looking for more control over how you are matched with roommates? Through the RoomSync app, residents are empowered to choose roommates and build a sense of community using lifestyle habits such as cleanliness levels, studying habits, sleep cycles, and more. RoomSync offers an experience that supports a diverse and inclusive matching community through gender-inclusive tools. Furthermore, the app recognizes the importance of living criteria like service and emotional support animals and factors this into the matching process.

Are pets allowed in Landmark Properties?
Yes, with prior approval and only in some locations

When is rent due?
Installment payments are due on the 1st of every month and are late after the 5th. You can bring your installment payment check to the leasing office or pay online using our online resident e-port option.

What does my rent include?
Your monthly installment payment includes pest control, lawn care, and maintenance services.
