The Retreat is an 80-house neighborhood located about 1 mile from downtown Athens off Ruth Street. The Retreat gives you the feeling of a student community with the privacy of having your own house! Outside of your very own cottage you will find private greenspace, front and back porches and the community's sparkling pool.
