This is important because it adds to our understanding of what college students in the Athens area really want in housing. The founders of Landmark are UGA graduates and most of our managers and leasing agents are either UGA graduates or current students at UGA. When you call our office, you speak to an actual person in Athens; you will never be transferred to a national call center.
