Our Woodsong Village community offers three-bedroom houses and four-bedroom houses complete with modern features and designer finishes. Archer Apartments offers one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom apartments located near Downtown Athens and the University of Georgia.

Archer Apartments: 1–4 Bedroom Apartments

At Archer Apartments, Landmark Athens offers cozy one-bedroom flats, spacious two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, and 4-bedroom cottages. All units at Archer Apartments provide private bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, modern interior features, and stylish finishes. Please keep in mind that all pricing on the website is per bedroom, not the whole apartment.

Woodsong Village: 3–4 Bedroom Housing

Woodsong Village offers three-bedroom options between 1,280 square feet and 1,445 square feet, and four-bedroom options between 1,480 square feet and 1,600 square feet. Our houses are the perfect option for residents who love entertaining guests, whether outside in the backyard.

Things To Consider When It Comes To Shared Housing

Living with roommates is a common choice among students in Athens. Shared student housing generally includes multiple bedrooms alongside communal spaces such as kitchens and living rooms. This option is ideal for students who enjoy living with others, allowing you to match with your perfect roommate through our roommate matching program. Shared housing options at Landmark Athens are offered in the form of 3- to 4-bedroom houses or 2-,3-, and 4-bedroom apartments, each with different features available to match your needs.
